John
S. Kung, MD, FAAO, FICS -- has saved or enhanced the vision
of thousands of eyes. His credentials are impeccable, and his
skills so profound, he has even invented a surgical instrument
-- the Kung Guide -- utilized by his fellow ophthalmologists performing
vision correction surgery. He is an expert on laser eye surgery,
PRK,
LASIK, RK and excimer laser vision correction. He has extensively
trained and regularly provides the latest treatments for cataracts,
advanced intraocular lens implants, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease
and macular degeneration. He was selected
by the New
York Times as a "Superdoctor" (top 5% in the NY
area, nominated by other doctors)
in 2009.
He is a graduate of Mt. Sinai School of Medicine where he earned
distinction in research. He served his residency and chief residency
in ophthalmology at Columbia University-Presbyterian Medical Center.
He has been a consultant to many companies including Novartis,
Allergan, Alcon and Pharmacia. He is the author of A Patient's
Guide to LASIK on laser vision correction and has published
many articles on eye diseases and surgical techniques. He is a
frequent instructor in new techniques for eye surgery and often
has other doctors referring difficult cases while coming to the
OR to observe his techniques. He lectures nationally and internationally
on eye diseases and surgical procedures.
Dr. Kung is Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology
and the National Board of Medical Examiners and a member of the
American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract
and Refractive Surgery, the American Board of
Ophthalmology, International Society for Refractive Surgery and
the New York State Ophthalmological Society.
Daniel
F. Arnoldi, OD -- earned his Bachelor of Science degree
from Indiana University and his Doctorate of Optometry from the
New England College of Optometry in 2002, where he graduated with
honors. He also completed externship training at Ophthalmic Consultants
of Boston as well as the VA Hospital in Lowell, MA. He joined
the practice after graduating in 2002, providing comprehensive
eye examinations, therapeutic treatment of various eye diseases,
and pre and post operative care. He also has extensive experience
in the fitting of contact lenses.

Janna
Chen, OD -- is a board certified graduate from Binghamton
University and has received her optometric degree at the State
University of New York, College of Optometry. Dr. Chen has received
extensive training in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease
and disorders of the visual system.
Dr. Chen completed her residency certification at Seidenberg
Protzko Eye Associates in Bel Air, Maryland and received training
in primary and pediatric care as well as preoperative and postoperative
care in a variety
of surgical procedures. She also served as sub-investigator of
several national research studies during the residency.
Dr. Chen is an active member of the American Academy of Optometry
as well as American Optometric Association.

Thomas
Kincade, MD -- is certified by the National Board of Medical
Examiners. Dr. Kincade received his ophthalmologic training at
the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He received
undergraduate training at the Princeton University where he graduated
with High Honors in 1972. He attended the Columbia University
College of Physicians and Surgeons where he received his MD degree
in 1976. He has been practicing ophthalmology in a private practice
setting for more than twenty years. Dr. Kincade served as Staff
Ophthalmologist at the Saint Peters and Robert Wood Johnson Hospitals
in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
He is a member of the New Jersey Acadmey of Ophthalmology, American
Medical Association.
